EfnMarketing.net is a company that provides referrals for services. We do not operate as a contractor, service provider, manufacturer, agent or advisor for any client whatsoever.

EfnMarketing.net does not foster or maintain any preferential relationship with any of the Affiliates. Our mission is simply to introduce qualified, local service providers to clients who request their services.

EfnMarketing.net makes reasonable efforts to validate the authenticity of the credentials for each of the Affiliates in our referral network. We also recommend that all clients who request an introduction to a service provider through us make those same efforts before entering a contractual agreement with any of our Affiliates.

Clients and service providers alike agree that if they enter into a contract together, EfnMarketing.net will be released and held harmless from any disputes, damages or claims that may develop during the span of the agreement. In the event a dispute or other controversy arises from said contract, both parties agree that EfnMarketing.net will not be included in its handling or resolution.

All Affiliates agree that EfnMarketing.net is legitimately a referral service and should not be used for any other purpose. All Affiliates agree to not use this website for any reason involving fraud, deception, harassment or any other reason that does not strictly pertain to purchasing sales leads for their lawful business.

All Affiliates agree and understand that EfnMarketing.net has no control over any of the service providers or clients who participate in this referral service. Although we attempt to verify the validity of clients and their needs, it is ultimately the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to confirm this information before entering into a contractual agreement.

All Affiliates agree that EfnMarketing.net is not liable for any damages arising from or relating to the use of our website. EfnMarketing.net has absolutely no accountability for any disputes, damages or legal actions that may occur as a result of any relationship between Affiliates and clients.

All Affiliates agree that EfnMarketing.net and its members, affiliates and partners may use your submitted information in facilitating the referral of service providers to clients. Affiliate further agrees to keep all contact information current to better facilitate this process.

Affiliate agrees to all Terms of Use as stated above, commencing upon submission of their information to be considered for Membership.
